Shipping policy

Next Day Rooflights offers free shipping for all orders over £400 within the London (M25) Area.

You can expect to receive your orders within 5 working days, unless the items are on back-order.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will reach out to schedule a delivery time that suits you.

To calculate the delivery cost, simply add your desired products to the cart and input the shipping address.

To ensure the safe delivery of our products within the London (M25) area, they are personally transported by our designated driver.

Please note, since our drivers operate alone and their vehicles are pre-loaded at our warehouse, we require either you or your builders to be on-site to accept delivery of all orders.

Our deliveries take place between 8 am and 5 pm from Monday to Friday. While traffic may occasionally delay deliveries until 8 pm, we will provide at least an hour or two's notice on the day of delivery. However, please note we cannot guarantee a specific time or adhere strictly to a timeslot.

For deliveries outside of the M25, we employ the services of an external shipping network. Once dispatched, they will get in touch to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Please note, the Extra Economy Shipping options are not applicable for Northern Ireland and Scotland.

In certain instances, due to limitations in their vehicles, some companies might not deliver directly to your doorstep, in which case you may need to collect your order from the local depot (usually within a 20-minute drive). However, this is an infrequent occurrence.

Given the considerable weight of our products, which can range from 10kg to 280kg, unloading may require more than two, four, or even six individuals depending on the size and weight of the product.

Please be aware that Next Day Rooflights cannot be held liable for any damage sustained to the skylights during unloading, as the organisation of this process falls under the customer's responsibilities.

In the event that the customer misses their delivery appointment or is not present to accept the product, we will attempt to contact you by phone, text, and voicemail before our driver leaves your delivery location.

If we fail to establish contact, we will regrettably have to return your product to our warehouse.
